Rubiat Saimum is a graduate student of department of political science at Memorial University of Newfoundland. He has previously worked as a lecturer in the Department of Maritime Security and Strategic Studies at Bangladesh Maritime University. He is a South Asian Future Fellow at Council for Strategic and Defense Research (CSDR) and a Junior Research Fellow at NATO Association of Canada.
